TWF Fuel 07

The show starts with a shot of Interviewer Craig Brooks, waiting in the parking area.

“Hi everyone an welcome to TWF tonight and I am out here waiting for the arrival of German rock monsters Rammstein! And it looks to me as if somebody else is waiting for the legends here tonight, fellow countryman Flake. Flake are you looking forward to seeing Rammstein?”

Flake looks confused at Craig.

“Ich schauen mogen du.”

Craig looks nervous as he tries to ask Flake again, but Flake repeats the same answer. He is suddenly attacked by Real Deal (dressed in his suit), who throws him into a nearby dumpster, and closes the lid.

“Listen up, being the man in charge I am not going to allow some loud mouthed Italians destroy my show. So tonight I am gonna sit out here, watch the show and wait for them to arrive. And when they do get here, I’m going to ask them to leave. If they refuse, I’ll make them.”

(He lifts a metal pipe into view.)

“With all due respect, by the looks of it you’re no longer in charge of this company. And Rammstein are not Italians, they are German, and I don’t think one pipe is gonna stop six men. They’re not exactly small. They’re…..”

“They’re what? Gonna kick my ass? I doubt it. Oh, and just in case you are wondering who will perform on that stage tonight, I have arranged for a rather talented band from England called Status Quo to perform. Remember that country? The one where royalty is respected and still use a separate currency.”

He looks up to see a car heading towards him at high speed. He runs out of the way to avoid being hit. The car screeches to a halt in the same spot where Deal previously was stood. Reaper gets out, looking pissed off. He slams the door behind him and pushes Craig Brooks down as he rushes past.

I just wanna be God plays as Adam Phillips makes his way to the ring.

“Now I wanna just make this perfectly clear before I begin tonight, that man sat in the parking lot is an idiot but he is one that needs sorting out. and I want to announce now the 2 main event for the next PPV. Firstly it will be Ax V.S. Reaper. As for “Real Deal” Simon Prior, its time to put up or shut up – you and me in a first-of-a-kind match up. The first ever Civil War match! Now Prior, I am just going through the contract, and I will describe what a Civil War match exactly is later, but for tonight you can warm up in a match you just reminded me of, it will be you V.S. Flake Spitzenkörper in a dumpster match.”

Ax’s music hits. Ax enters the ring and grabs the microphone.

“You never learn do you? This show is going to be short for you……”

Ax grabs Phillips and is about to attack him, but is stopped by the sudden appearance of the guy who attacked Vayne last week. He takes Ax down with a neckbreaker, before executing a somersault leg drop on the dazed Ax, clearly hurting himself in the process. He turns to face Phillips, and both raise their fists in a defensive gesture. The man immediately turns and runs off backstage, leaving a bewildered Phillips in the ring, who smiles slightly. We cut back to Real Deal in the car park, still waiting. A car pulls up and stops nearby. He rushes over to it and pulls the door open, expecting Rammstein. Instead he is greeted by the TWF Champion, Vayne.

“Where’s Rammstein?”

“How am I supposed to know? Look at me – I am too cool to be a bunch of sweaty Germans! B I tell ya what isn’t cool – the fact that I don’t have an opponent for the next PPV yet. Why is that? (Shouts.) You’re supposed to be in charge of this company!”

“Fine! I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but I know I’m contracted to make at least one match for this damn PPV! And the match will be you, Vayne, against ME for the TWF Title! How do you like that, you pompous son of a bitch?”

Deal walks off, leaving Vayne stunned.

Cut to the office of Adam Phillips, who is on the phone, talking to his attorney, querying if Deal has the authority to make the TWF Championship match. He slams the phone down.

“Sh*t, what am I gonna do now? I wanted to kick his ass at Architecture of Aggression!”

He hits the desk, and we cut to the arena in time to hear Zwitter hit the speakers.

Match: Simon Prior Vs Flake (Dumpster Match)

The match begins backstage, where Flake ambushes Deal, who is still awaiting the arrival of Rammstein. Flake knocks him down, and rams his head into the side of the dumpster, before kicking him a few times. He showboats to the camera, allowing Deal time to get back up and give Flake a low blow. Flake stumbles around in pain, and Deal throws him into a brick wall. He attempts to follow this up with a spear, but Flake quickly moves aside, resulting in Deal hurtling into the wall and nearly knocking himself out. Flake attempts to lift Deal into the dumpster, but has failed to open it. He leaves Deal on top of the dumpster, and moves out of shot. Deal slowly comes to, not realising where he is or what he’s doing. Without warning, a shape lands on Deal from above, and we see that it was actually Flake. He attempts a pinfall, but the referee points out that there are no pinfalls in this kind of match. He wanders off again, and Deal very slowly recovers, still dazed and confused from his missed spear. Flake returns with a trash can, and moves to hit Deal over the head with it but Deal, taking advantage of the additional height provided by the dumpster, kicks the trash can into Flakes face, and follows it up with a bone-jarring elbow drop. He lifts the dumpster lid, and lifts Flake in preparation for dumping him in. However, he is prevented from doing so by the sudden appearance of Greenburger from within the dumpster, who is hiding from Rammstein. Deal pushes him out angrily, and moves back to face Flake. Before he can throw the German into the dumpster, a steel chair swings across the screen and sandwiches Deal’s head between the chair and the dumpster, resulting in a large bang and a sickening crunch. Deal falls to the ground, and the man holding the chair steps forward…. Adam Phillips! He grabs Flake, and motions that they should both try and get Deal in the dumpster. After much effort and straining of muscle under Deal’s bulk, they finally manage to throw him in the dumpster and close the lid. Phillips raises Flakes hand, before he walks away after congratulating Flake. He spots Ax’s assailant, who is on top of a mobile merchandise booth, taunting Ax, who is attempting to reach him from below.

“What’s the matter old man? Can’t reach?” (His voice is young-sounding, like a late teen.)

Ax loses it, and lifts the side of the booth, and tips it over. The assailant, miraculously lands on his feet, further enraging Ax. Just as Ax prepares to give chase, Phillips appears from nowhere and issues a pressing crescent kick to the chin of Ax, stunning him. Phillips approaches the young man.

“Wow, wow. I’m not here to attack you. Calm down you little Spitfire! I know absolutely nothing about you, but I’m impressed. You must have quite a pair to come here and attack both the TWF Champion and this crazy old fool. So… I’d like to offer you a preliminary contract here in the TWF. You’re debut can be this Sunday at Architecture of Aggression against… Xander Rivers, I would put the title on the line, but it’s only your first match.”

Phillips smiles.

“I know… It’ll be you… versus Rivers…. Versus Flake…. Versus…. Huge Greenburger! For the TWF Extreme Championship!”

“Sure thing, pops!”

All of a sudden, “Spitfire” gets smashed over the back of the head with a steel chair. The camera pans up to reveal the TWF Champion Vayne holding the chair, smiling.

“How’d you like that, you little bastard?”

Camera cuts to show Deal pulling himself out of the dumpster, a little groggy. A massive limo pulls up as he falls to the ground.

“No they can’t perform. Not on my show, dammit!”

He opens the door and pulls out Rammstein’s keyboard player and threatens to hit him, when the other band members emerge from the limo. Deal turns away from the keyboard player and straight into the chest of lead singer Till, who knocks Deal out with a single punch. The crowd erupt, and Rammstein walk away. Backstage, Phillips is seen talking to Rivers.

“Okay, there’s no Extreme rules tonight, but please go out there and give it your all.”

“That’s not a problem, but who’s my opponent?”

“You’ll see.”

Rivers enters the arena to his theme song. He waits expectantly in the ring, when I Just Wanna Be God hits the speakers, and none other than Adam Phillips makes his way to the ring, looking ready to fight. Rivers can’t believe it.

MATCH: X Rivers VS Adam Phillips.

Phillips gets off to a good start in his first match, beating Rivers into a corner, the Extreme champion not knowing what to do. He soon fights back, and the result is the complete opposite – Phillips is beaten into the other corner. Rivers starts getting ambitious, and performs a turnbuckle powerbomb on Phillips, before latching on a leglock. Phillips makes it to the ropes to break the hold, but is prevented from doing any offensive moves by a reverse DDT from Rivers, who covers him and gets a 2 count. He immediately slaps on a headlock, and once more Phillips moves towards the ropes, breaking the hold. He turns to face Rivers, and begins to punch and kick his way back into the match. He throws Rivers to the ropes, and knocks him down with a dropkick. Seizing the opportunity to cause some damage, he clamps on a Boston Crab variation manoeuvre, a move which looks painful and very unique. Rivers refuses to tap, utilising his “extreme” skills to escape the hold and throw Phillips out of the ring. Rivers shakes the pain from his leg, before climbing to the top turnbuckle, and attempts a diving spear. He only partially connects, as Phillips attempts to move out of the way, but is too slow. The referee begins his count, and the two manage to crawl back into the ring by the count of 6. Rivers gains the advantage once more through a diving forearm smash and a quick headbutt. He doesn’t attempt the pin, and instead chooses to climb to the second turnbuckle. He waits until Phillips is up to his feet before jumping, but has waited too long, and Phillips stops him mid-flight and takes him to the mat with an armbar. Both men get to their feet and look at the crowd, who roar with approval. They lock up, as the camera cuts to backstage, where we see Ax and Reaper fighting. We cut back to the ring, where the match continues, both men slugging it out. Ax and Reaper soon appear on the stage, and fight towards the ring. They eventually end up in the ring, and all hell breaks loose, with all four men fighting each other. The referee calls for the bell, but they continue fighting. Reaper kicks Rivers in the head with a Big Boot, and knocks him out. Reaper is clotheslined over the top rope by Ax, who then turns his attention to Phillips. They fight back and forth, with Phillips gaining the upper hand, and attempts a Senton bomb, but Ax moves out of the way, and performs the Ax Cutter. He then exits the ring and picks up a steel chair, and re-enters, setting the chair up in the centre of the ring. He puts Phillips’ head on the set-up chair, and jumps to the top rope. He is about to perform the Super Ax Cutter onto the chair (and Phillips) when a gang of referees rush the ring and move Phillips away from the chair. As referees cart Ax and Reaper away, Phillips picks up the microphone.

“Ax, what are you doing you goddamn son of a bitch? You were gonna break my goddamned neck! Seeing as Simon Prior got his way and put himself into a title match at Architecture of Aggression this Sunday, it will now be a triple threat match – Ax VS Reaper VS…. me! Because I Am Adam Phillips, dammit!”

The keyboard notes from Rammstein song Weisses Fleisch begin on the main stage, and is followed by an enormous flash of white pyro, as the band appear onstage. Just as keyboardist Flake Lorenz is performing his trademark dance, Reaper and Ax appear below the stage, fighting viciously. (The crowd are going wild, and loving every second). They are soon joined by Adam Phillips, who attacks Ax, but unexpectedly does not attack Reaper. As the three are again split up by referees, Rammstein begin to perform their new single from hit film xXx, Feuer Frei, complete with trademark flamethrower masks and stage explosions, bringing Fuel to a drastic and explosive finale. (As Fuel fades, the arena is filled with the sound of TWF fans chanting “RAMMSTEIN! RAMMSTEIN! RAMMSTEIN!”).
